The one-year quality guarantee starts on the day your order is delivered.
What is covered
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects during normal wear, including seams that open on their own, stitching that fails, zippers that stop working, rivets or buttons that pull out, and fabric flaws present from production. If we confirm a manufacturing defect, DENIM DRIFT will replace the item or refund it at our expense.
What is not covered
The guarantee does not cover ordinary wear, softening or fading with use, abrasion, stretching, accidental damage, stains, alterations, misuse, or damage from not following the care instructions. Natural differences in denim wash, dye, texture, and color from piece to piece are not manufacturing defects.
Making a claim
Email info@denimdrift.top with your order number, one clear photo of the issue, and one photo of the full item. You do not need to register the product separately.
How the guarantee works with returns
The first 60 days are also covered by our return policy. After that window, the quality guarantee still applies through the end of the first year for covered manufacturing defects.
